On August 7, 2020, SRBA attorneys secured the administrative closure of the chapter 11 case of Offshore Marine Contractors, Inc. This unprecedented relief allowed SRBA's client to timely apply for its PPP Loan before the expiration of the deadline on August 8, 2020.
