SRBA Selected as General Counsel to KPE Liquidation Trust

SRBA has been selected to serve as general counsel to the KPE Liquidation Trust in the Southern District of Texas. SRBA's responsibilities will include prosecuting Chapter 5 causes of action, handling claims objections and asserting the Trust's claims in certain retainage litigation.
