Paul Douglas Stewart, Jr. to speak on new complex case rules this summer for the Bankruptcy Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association

Following the lead of the Northern and Southern District of Texas bankruptcy courts, both the Western and Eastern District bankruptcy courts of Louisiana issued orders in late 2019 enacting rules and procedures for the designation and handling of Complex Chapter 11 Cases. On behalf of the Bankruptcy Section of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Mr. Stewart will deliver a comprehensive review of the complex new case rules. Time, date and location to be announced.
