Ms. Franklin is a 2020 cum laude graduate of Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. At LSU, she served as a Board of Advocates Member after being a Tullis Moot Court Quarter-Finalist and a Flory Mock Trial Semi-Finalist. She was also sent by LSU to compete in the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law Trial Ad Competition and the Saul Lefkowitz Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition. During her time at LSU Law, Ms. Franklin was an extern for Louisiana Middle District Bankruptcy Judge Douglas Dodd, a research assistant to Professor Paul Baier, and a Criminal Law tutor for Professor Ken Levy. She was a member of LSU’s Journal of Energy Law and Resources, where she served as the Online Articles Editor. After clerking at McGlinchey Stafford beginning in June 2019, Ms. Franklin was hired as an attorney there, and she worked in the Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy, and Appellate sections at McGlinchey Stafford, PLLC until December 2021. Ms. Franklin now enjoys practicing bankruptcy full time and is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Louisiana.
